Poster Session

●Please print out the poster by yourself. *We can't print out your poster.
●Please put up the poster by yourself until Oct. 19. And please put off it by 4pm Oct. 20.
If you will not put off the poster, we will remove it.
●The G20 summit will be held in Okayama from Oct. 19 to Oct. 20.
So, it take a lot of time to move to Central Okayama.
●We listed transportation from Kansai International Airport to Central Okayama.

●Check-in desk is Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology in Okayama University (Main venue of conference).
●We accept cash only at conference check-in. (We can't accept payment by credit card.)

Venue of Conference
The main venue of conference is Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology in Okayama University.
The lunch and welcome party venue is Peach Union. And the farewell party will held in Recent Culture Hotel.
We had already booked 3 hotels for Korean and Chinese participants. The details will announced by this website or e-mail.
